HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE
The HRC oversees the work of the pastor and hires and oversees any staff, including the Minister of Worship, custodian, and administrative assistant. It is also responsible for filling the lay posts in the church that are part of Church Council: Elders, Deacons, and HRC.

DEACONS
The church deacons are responsible for the financial stability of WPMF, as well as oversight of any concerns related to our meeting space at the Calvary Center.

MISSIONS COMMITTEE
The Deacons currently decide missions allocations.
A Missions Committe will reassemble when individuals feel led toward that ministry.
The Missions Committee determines what portion of the money set aside in the church budget for missions should go to various institutions and organizations. It also oversees any special offerings that take place throughout the year.
